The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, representing the company in a professional and courteous manner. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling communication, and supporting administrative tasks in a fast-paced IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a polite and professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and courier services
Coordinate meeting rooms and visitor entry procedures
Maintain visitor logs and front desk records
Support HR with interview coordination and candidate management
Handle office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination
Assist in travel bookings and basic administrative tasks
Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
Follow company policies related to security and confidentiality
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or equivalent qualification
1-3 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive or similar role
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in an IT or corporate environment
Familiarity with office management systems
