Seeking a Guest Relations & Operations Executive to manage guest experience during the Teerth Yatra program. The role involves handling check-in/check-out, coordinating with hotels, caterers and transport teams, resolving guest issues and ensuring service standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out at hotels
Welcome guests and maintain regular interaction throughout their stay
Collect guest feedback and address concerns promptly
Coordinate with hotel staff to ensure service standards and checklists are followed
Work with caterers to ensure timely, hot and adequate food service
Be present during guest meal timings as the first point of contact
Coordinate with Bus POC regarding arrival and departure timings
Should follow the Executive checklists and submit to City Head
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
