Front Desk Executive
to be the first point of contact at our Ludhiana branch. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and strong organizational ability.
Greet and assist walk-in clients, students, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
Manage front office operations including appointment scheduling and student registrations
Maintain client records and update databases
Provide basic information about Auscan's services and direct clients to counsellors
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations
Support daily administrative tasks as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
