Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and handle check-in & check-out procedures.
Manage online, phone, and walk-in reservations.
Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness.
Handle billing, payments, and guest folios accurately.
Manage calls, emails, and front-desk communication.
Maintain guest records and booking details.
Upsell rooms, services, and hotel facilities when possible.
Requirements:
Presentable, polite, and professional attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (billing systems, MS Office).
Ability to multitask and work in shifts.
Experience in hotel/front office role preferred.
