Client and visitor management:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and prospective tenants in a warm and professional manner. Direct them to the appropriate person or office.
Communication:
Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails, and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and faxes.
Scheduling:
Schedule and confirm appointments for agents, including property viewings. Manage calendars and schedules for the office.
Administrative support:
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, copying, and faxing. Assist with preparing and distributing promotional materials and paperwork.
Office maintenance:
Keep the reception area and general office space clean, organized, and welcoming.
Database management:
Maintain and update client and property databases and records.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with real estate software is often preferred.
