About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role involves managing the reception area, handling phone calls, managing mail, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments.
Manage and sort incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain visitor logs and manage appointment scheduling.
Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and fax machines.
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate orders as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Provide support to various departments as requested.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with office equipment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and customer service orientation.
