Job Summary Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail. Mail also schedule meetings and travel for employees. Responsibilities and Duties
Answer phones and operate a switchboard.
Route calls to specific people.
Answer inquiries about company.
Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
Ensure reception area and office is tidy.
Coordinate office activities.
Send email and faxes.
Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
Take and relay messages.
Update appointment calendars.
Schedule follow-up appointments.
Key Skills
Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in English (oral and written) \xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication and people skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Problem-solving skills
