We are looking for a Front Desk Executive to manage daily reception activities at a club house facility. The role involves member interaction, facility coordination, record maintenance, and administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome members and guests and manage front desk queries
Schedule and monitor club house bookings and facility usage
Maintain logs, registers, and basic documentation
Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for upkeep
Support events, meetings, and community activities
Ensure adherence to club house rules and standard operating procedures
Candidate Profile:
Graduate or Postgraduate qualification
Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Strong communication and coordination skills
Well-organized with a service-oriented approach
Compensation:
As per experience and market standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
