We are seeking a well-presented, customer-oriented Front Desk Executive to manage reception operations and act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with a courteous and professional approach.
Manage the reception desk, including handling phone calls, inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain and update visitor logs, appointment schedules, and front office records.
Coordinate with internal teams to support daily operational activities.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Oversee courier management (incoming and outgoing).
Provide administrative support such as data entry, documentation, filing, and basic reporting.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and coordinating office events when required.
Uphold company standards of customer service, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
0-2 years of experience in front desk, reception, or administrative roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle pressure with calmness and accuracy.
