Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed. Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members. Support other administrative duties as required by the management team.

Requirements:



Gender:

Female (Married candidates preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, ideally in the manufacturing or corporate sector. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and handle administrative duties effectively. Basic knowledge of office software and equipment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
