We are seeking a well-presented and efficient Front Desk Executive with 3-5 years of experience to manage the front office operations and provide limited executive support to senior management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong IT proficiency, and a customer-focused attitude. This role involves ensuring smooth daily office operations, effective visitor management, and basic assistance to senior management in scheduling and coordination.
Roles and Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors courteously and maintain a professional reception area.
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence; direct them to appropriate departments.
Maintain attendance records and operate the biometric attendance system.
Oversee office stationery, supplies, and coordinate with vendors as required.
Handle courier, mail, and visitor log management.
Support HR/Admin in employee onboarding activities (ID cards, attendance setup, etc.).
Ensure meeting rooms and office areas are clean, organized, and ready for use.
Provide general administrative and day-to-day office support.
Assist senior management with calendar scheduling and meeting coordination.
Handle travel bookings and related arrangements when required.
Draft simple letters, memos, and maintain confidential files.
Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
Key Skills Required
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Strong IT knowledge - MS Office Suite, Outlook, and basic office software.
Highly organized with good multitasking and time-management abilities.
Professional appearance and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
