Greet and welcome visitors with a professional attitude.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage reception area.
Handle inquiries (in-person, phone, email) and provide accurate information.
Maintain visitors records.
Coordinate with internal departments for guest meetings and requirements.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
Support HR/Administration team with clerical duties when needed.
