Key Responsibilities



?Greet visitors and clients courteously and professionally

? Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming reception area

? Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the appropriate person

? Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars

? Register visitors and ensure security procedures are followed

? Maintain records, logs, and front office documentation

? Handle basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, etc.)

? Coordinate with internal departments for smooth day-to-day operations

? Manage courier services, mail distribution, and office supplies

Requirements



? Strong communication skills; fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi

? Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and listening skills

? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

? Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools

? Prior experience in front desk or customer service roles preferred

? Positive attitude, reliability, and a customer-focused approach
