Key Responsibilities:
Attend Visitors
Manage Calls, Emails and Messages
Manage Dispatches and Inwards
Manage Office Infrastructure
Manage House Keeping
Appointment & Meeting scheduling
Filing, Photocopying & Data Entry
Travel Bookings and Arrangements
Manage Office Supplies and Stationary
Repairs and maintenance of Electronic Appliances
Provide basic Information and Resolve minor queries of the customers
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in English Language
Pleasant personality, strong coordination, and customer-service orientation.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain records.
High school diploma or relevant qualification.
Office Location : Andheri west, Mumbai (walkable distance from train station)
Work hours : 10 am to 7 pm
Work Days : Monday to Saturday (Except 2nd and 4th Saturday)
