Job Description

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

Patient Interaction:

Greeting, directing, and assisting patients, visitors, and families courteously and professionally.

Communication Hub:

Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries to the correct staff or department.

Scheduling:

Booking, confirming, and managing appointments for doctors, ensuring optimal timing.

Registration & Records:

Registering new patients, updating existing records, and managing patient information securely (HIPAA compliant).

Billing & Payments:

Handling patient billing, processing payments (co-pays, deductibles), managing insurance verification, and generating invoices.

Administrative Support:

Performing data entry, managing mail, maintaining office supplies, and other general office tasks.

Coordination:

Liaising with other departments (nursing, doctors, admin) to ensure smooth patient flow and issue resolution.

Environment Management:

Keeping the reception area clean, tidy, and welcoming.

Confidentiality:

Upholding strict patient and doctor information privacy.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
