Greet patients and visitors courteously and assist them with inquiries
Register new patients and update existing patient records accurately
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm doctor appointments
Guide patients regarding hospital services, departments, and procedures
Handle billing-related queries and coordinate with the accounts department
Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently
Maintain patient files, reports, and records (manual or hospital management system)
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for patient flow
Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality as per hospital policies
Handle patient feedback and escalate issues when required
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
