Greet walk-in customers, channel partners, and visitors professionally
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and redirect them to the sales team
Maintain walk-in customer register and lead data accurately
Coordinate site visit scheduling with the sales team
Provide basic project information to clients (pricing, configurations, amenities)
Maintain reception area, brochures, and marketing materials
Assist sales team with documentation and follow-ups
Handle courier, mail, and visitor records
Coordinate with CRM, Sales, and Site teams for smooth operations
Ensure professional first impression of the organization
Skills & Requirements
Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)
Pleasing personality and customer-oriented approach
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software)
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Well-groomed, polite, and presentable
Experience in real estate front desk or customer handling is an added advantage
