Greet, direct, and assist parents, students, staff, and guests.
Answer, screen, and redirect phone calls, taking messages accurately.
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Manage basic email inquiries and announcements.
Administrative Support:
Maintain tidy reception area and ensure necessary supplies are stocked.
Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, and record keeping (student attendance, visitor logs).
Schedule meetings, book facilities, and manage staff/student calendars.
Assist with school events, supplies, and exam-related tasks.
School Operations:
Help with student check-in/out and issue necessary forms (leave, certificates).
Support principal and office with confidential tasks and correspondence.
Essential Skills & Qualities
Strong communication (verbal/written) & interpersonal skills.
Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management.
Proficiency with office software (MS Office, school platforms).
