22) Checking Meter reading & sending every last day of month to Queens Gate
23) Arrangements for Montly Birthday Celebration & cards/ gift to employees on birthday
24) Maintaing SPOT Award detalis
25) Collecting Late Coming Penalty collection
26) Townhall Preparation - Ordering Trophies & Watches on completing work anniversary
27) Orderning - Log Books, Dairies, Id Crad Lase & holder etc. as per requriements
