Job Description

Greeting patients:

Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Check-in/check-out:

Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all necessary forms are completed and updated.

Appointment management:

Schedule, confirm, and cancel patient appointments, as well as manage the appointment calendar.

Handling inquiries:

Answer patient questions and provide basic information about the clinic.

Payment processing:

Collect co-payments, process payments, and handle billing inquiries.

Maintaining the waiting area:

Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Administrative and operational tasks

Phone management:

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff or department.

Record keeping:

Maintain and update patient records, including electronic medical records (EMRs), and ensure they are complete and accurate.

Insurance verification:

Collect and verify patient insurance information and eligibility.

Mail and correspondence:

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and other deliveries.

Office supplies:

Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Clerical duties:

Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.

Communication:

Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient clinic operations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
