Warmly welcome students, parents, and visitors.
Provide general information about programs and schedules.
Answer incoming calls and respond to questions or direct calls to appropriate staff.
Follow up on inquiries from prospective students or parents.
Maintain daily student attendance logs.
Update registration forms and student files.
Book demo classes, assessments, and parent-teacher meetings.
Manage staff schedules and classroom bookings when needed.
Relay messages between parents and teaching staff.
Send reminders or notifications via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
Collect and record tuition fees or other payments.
Issue receipts and maintain financial records.
Print worksheets, prepare materials, and maintain stationary stock.
Assist in filing, data entry, and documentation.
Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable.
Monitor basic cleanliness of the centre and coordinate with housekeeping if required.
Assist in coordinating logistics for events, parent sessions, and open houses.
Maintain attendance and feedback for events.
Maintain visitor logbook and monitor student pickups.
Ensure unauthorized persons do not enter teaching areas.
