Position Overview
We are looking for a Front Desk Executive to manage our front office operations and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in front desk or administration, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor. The role requires handling client interactions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist client walk-ins with professionalism.
Answer and manage phone calls efficiently.
Maintain office and administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
Coordinate between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
Ensure the front office runs efficiently and professionally.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in front desk or administration.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email).
