Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide basic information about the company and the services we offer to help students secure admission to their desired medical college based on their rank.
2. Handle incoming calls from clients, respond to queries via WhatsApp, and connect them with available counselors.
3. Manage client registrations and maintain accurate records for future reference.
4. Collaborate with counselors to track client visits and monitor their progress.
5. Manage client interactions efficiently during peak office hours.
6. Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams.

Skills Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree in any field
2.Proficient in English, Hindi & Marathi languages
3.Strong verbal and written communication skills
4.Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
5.Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple clients simultaneously
6.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Proficiency in MS Office & MS Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
