Greet patients and visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
Register new patients and update existing patient records in the clinic management system.
Provide necessary forms, documents, and information to patients.
Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments via phone, email, or in-person.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth scheduling and minimize wait times.
Manage the appointment calendar to optimize patient flow.
Communication:
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Relay messages and communicate relevant information to the appropriate staff members.
Provide information about clinic services, procedures, and pricing to potential patients.
Billing and Payments:
Process patient payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records.
Coordinate with the billing department for insurance claims, if applicable.
Administrative Support:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned by the Clinic Manager.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with the medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless clinic operations.
Attend regular staff meetings and training sessions as required.
