The Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role involves managing the front desk area, handling incoming calls, coordinating appointments, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the reception area.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (courier, mail, etc.).
Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
Provide basic administrative support to other departments as needed.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility teams when required.
Manage inventory of front desk supplies and reorder as necessary.
Assist with travel bookings and hotel reservations if required.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or administration is a plus.
