We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk. This role requires strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage front desk operations including check-in and check-out processes.
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using office management software.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
Utilize Google Workspace and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks as needed.
Assist in project coordination and support office management initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in computer literacy, including Google Workspace applications.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members professionally.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
