Job Description

The Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role involves managing the reception area, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to various departments.

Achieve monthly sales target and generate revenue



Greet and register patients and visitors with courtesy and efficiency Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls appropriately Maintain and update patient records in the clinic's management system Process billing, collect payments, and issue receipts Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and lab staff for patient flow and scheduling Handle insurance documentation and assist with claims processing Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the reception area Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in clinic software and MS Office tools Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) Prior experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is highly desirable Assist in inventory tracking and ordering front office supplies
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
