Qualifications:
Any Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any discipline)
Proficiency in English (verbal and written communication)
Certification or prior training in MS Office or SAP (preferred but not mandatory)
Key Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
Strong email drafting and business correspondence abilities
Good organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of SAP software is an added advantage
Presentable and professional demeanor
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
Handle front desk activities including scheduling appointments and maintaining logs
Draft and manage official correspondence and emails
Maintain and organize records, documents, and data in Excel
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks as required
Experience:
2 to 4 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or in a similar administrative role
Prior experience in a corporate or customer-facing role is preferred
Hands-on experience with Excel; SAP experience will be considered a plus
