Job Description

A Front Desk Executive is responsible for managing the front office, greeting visitors, answering calls, handling inquiries, and performing administrative tasks. They also manage the reception area, coordinate appointments, and maintain records. In essence, they act as the first point of contact for visitors and ensure smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities:

Greeting Visitors:

Welcoming guests and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Answering Calls:

Managing incoming phone calls, directing them appropriately, and taking messages.

Handling Inquiries:

Addressing customer and visitor inquiries in a helpful and efficient manner.

Administrative Tasks:

Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.

Reception Management:

Maintaining the reception area in a tidy and professional manner.

Scheduling and Coordination:

Scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinating deliveries and mail.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining records and files, and updating them when necessary.

Customer Service:

Providing excellent customer service and addressing complaints professionally.

Qualifications and Skills:

Friendly, cheerful and helpful Ability to handle many tasks at the same time Ability to work well under pressure Good social and interpersonal skills Possess marketing and sales skills Ability to store and record information accurately Good written and oral communication skills Good computer related skills
