We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Reservation Executive to oversee the front desk operations, manage reservations, and ensure seamless guest experiences at our service apartment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bookings, coordinating with guests, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations and bookings, ensuring accurate and timely updates
- Coordinate with guests, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
- Oversee front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes and room allocation
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including occupancy rates and revenue
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in hospitality or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in reservation management software and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
