Greet and assist visitors, employees, and clients in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; direct them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain visitor records, attendance registers, and appointment schedules.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
Manage courier dispatch and inward register.
Assist in administrative and HR documentation as needed.
Prepare and maintain Excel reports related to front desk and office administration.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and other basic computer applications.
Presentable, punctual, and professional in conduct.
Ability to multitask and handle routine office operations efficiently.
