Receptionist
to join our Company. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, tenants, and visitors, providing excellent customer service while supporting daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients, tenants, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain client, tenant, and property records
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Coordinate with property managers, agents, and maintenance staff
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
