1. Front Office Operations
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages; route them to the appropriate team members.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.
Oversee courier, deliveries, and dispatch services.
2. Client & Guest Coordination
Schedule and confirm client appointments or internal meetings.
Ensure guests are comfortable and directed to the right department or meeting room.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth visitor experiences.
3. Administrative Support
Assist with document filing, data entry, and basic record maintenance.
Manage office supplies and inventory; place orders when needed.
Support HR or Admin teams with onboarding arrangements (ID cards, workspace setup, etc.).
Maintain contact lists and internal directories.
4. Communication & Reporting
Relay important messages promptly to concerned staff.
Prepare daily reports on visitor flow, calls, and front-office activities.
Assist in internal communications such as notices or meeting reminders.
5. Brand & Presentation
Represent the company's values through professional appearance and behavior.
Maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients, partners, and employees.
Ensure brand standards are reflected in the reception area decor and presentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
