About the Role



Be the warm, welcoming face (or voice) of Tanmatra Ayurveda! We're looking for an organised, empathetic Front Desk Executive who can ensure every patient feels cared for from the first call to their consultation and treatment care.

Responsibilities



Handle patient enquiries and discovery calls

Schedule and manage appointments efficiently

Coordinate with doctors for smooth consultations

Maintain patient records and communication logs

Deliver a calm, positive experience for every visitor

Requirements



Bachelor's degree (required)

Minimum 1 year experience in a front desk or customer service role

Excellent communication in English and Malayalam

Polite, organised, and patient-focused

Schedule: Day shift | Fixed shift

Work mode: In-person / Remote (as needed). Full time in-person during the initial training period.
