Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle client inquiries, walk-ins, and phone calls effectively.
Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures and maintain proper records.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Provide accurate information about events, facilities, and services.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum
1 year of experience
in front office or customer service roles, preferably in hospitality or event management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, emails, etc.).
