We are looking for a professional, and customer-focused
Front Desk cum Tele Caller/ Receptionist
to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with their queries.
Provide required information.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of guest check-ins, payments, and other transactions.
Ensure the reception area is neat, presentable, and well-organized.
Handle basic administrative tasks such as emails, calls, and reports.
Requirements:
Experience: Prior experience as a receptionist in real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Computer Proficiency:
Familiarity with MS Office and email handling.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
