Job Responsibilities



Handle

front desk operations

including patient registration and appointments Greet patients and visitors and guide them appropriately Manage

patient relations and counselling

Address patient queries, feedback, and complaints politely Coordinate with doctors, billing, and other departments Maintain front office records and reports Ensure smooth patient flow and good customer experience

Requirements



Minimum

2+ years of experience

in a hospital or healthcare setup Good communication and interpersonal skills Experience in

front desk, PR, or patient counselling

Ability to handle patients professionally and empathetically

Local candidates preferred


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
