Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
Coordinate and support office administrative tasks
Handle scheduling and appointments for the office as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients
Support basic inquiries related to company services
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and any South Indian language preferred
Friendly disposition with good interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and office software proficiency
Prior experience in front desk or receptionist roles is an advantage

Pay: ₹131,568.86 - ₹540,039.17 per year
