Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting & Coordination:

Provide timely and comprehensive reports to the Cluster General Manager regarding
front desk operations, key issues, and improvements.

Collaborate closely with the Center Supervisor to streamline workspace management
and address any operational concerns.

Adhere strictly to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure
consistency, efficiency, and quality service delivery.

Conduct show-around tours at other BHIVE centers when required, ensuring prospective
clients receive a comprehensive understanding of the workspace offerings.

Provide active support to Supervisors in executing daily operational tasks, ensuring
smooth and efficient center management.

Conduct operational audits of other centers during show-around visits, identifying areas
for improvement and ensuring adherence to workspace standards.

Report to the Cluster General Manager, providing regular updates on front desk
operations.

Liaise and communicate effectively with the Center Supervisor to ensure seamless
workspace management.

Follow the laid-out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and
efficiency.

Front Desk Management:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and members warmly, ensuring a professional and
hospitable first impression.

Maintain a well-organized, clean, and presentable reception area at all times. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and
efficiency.

Keep an updated record of all visitors and members checking in and out of the
workspace.

Address the needs of clients, visitors, and members promptly, ensuring high levels of
satisfaction.

Assist members with workspace-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving
complaints in a timely manner.

Provide necessary information about available services, workspace policies, and
membership benefits.

Build strong relationships with members to foster a positive and collaborative work
environment.

Operational Support:

Manage Day Pass and Bulk Day Pass users, ensuring smooth check-in and workspace
allocation.

Assist in onboarding celebration of clients. Conduct show-around tours of the center for prospective members, highlighting key
amenities and workspace benefits.

Assist in setting up meeting rooms, workspaces, and event areas as needed. Handle daily check-ins, monitor workspace occupancy, and update records accordingly. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries, ensuring accurate
distribution.

Maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely
replenishment.

Compliance & Security:

Enforce workspace security protocols and ensure all visitors comply with the established
policies.

Monitor entry and exit logs to ensure a safe and secure environment. Assist in emergency procedures, such as fire drills and evacuation plans, when necessary. Coordinate with security personnel to address any security concerns or breaches.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹29,022.15 per month
