Key Responsibilities

Invoice Management:

Create, send, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of client invoices.

Accounts Receivable:

Monitor outstanding balances, follow up on overdue payments, and manage incoming payments.

Customer Interaction:

Respond to client billing inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and update customer accounts.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate billing records, financial data, and client account information.

Financial Reporting:

Assist in preparing billing reports, financial statements, and supporting month-end closing activities.

Collaboration:

Work with other departments (e.g., sales, finance) to gather necessary billing information.

Compliance:

Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies, procedures, and financial regulations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,235.94 - ₹10,000.00 per month
