The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for managing front desk operations while supporting sales order processing, coordination with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records of devices and dispatches. The role requires strong organizational skills, professional communication, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely coordination with relevant teams.
Handle front desk operations, including greeting and assisting upcoming visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Coordinate and collaborate closely with the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) team for device-related movements and updates.
Handle day-to-day dispatches related to sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing.
Maintain proper records of devices, including inward, outward, dispatch, and RMA-related documentation.
Ensure all front desk and sales-related documentation is updated and filed systematically.
Act as a point of contact between internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional attitude with a customer-focused approach.
