Job Summary
The Front Desk Support Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The role is responsible for managing the reception area, handling calls and inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations with a professional and courteous approach.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a polite and professional manner
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and inquiries
Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure security protocols are followed
Coordinate with internal departments for meetings, appointments, and visitor movement
Handle courier, dispatch, and document tracking
Maintain front desk cleanliness and ensure office decorum
Provide basic administrative and clerical support as required
Assist HR/Admin with employee coordination and communication
Ensure availability of front desk supplies and stationery
Handle queries efficiently and escalate issues when required
Required Skills & Competencies
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Customer-focused approach
Qualification & Experience
Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th pass (depending on company policy)
1-2 years of experience in front desk, reception, or customer support preferred
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
