Job Summary:
The Front Desk Executive manages front desk operations and provides excellent customer service to students, parents, staff, and visitors, ensuring smooth functioning and handling inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception: Greet visitors, keep the front desk area organized.
Communication: Answer calls, respond to emails, provide information.
Administrative Support: Assist with filing, data entry, scheduling, and mail.
Student and Parent Interaction: Address inquiries, maintain attendance logs, distribute communications.
Safety and Security: Monitor access, report security concerns.
Coordination: Collaborate with staff, assist in organizing events.
Customer Service: Address stakeholder needs, handle complaints professionally.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Professional, customer-oriented demeanor.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Working Conditions:

Occasional overtime or weekend work during events.
