Job Description

Cabin&co is looking for a smart, well-presented, and proactive Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and strong organizational abilities to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain the professional image of our centre.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries efficiently and courteously. Maintain accurate records of client visits, bookings, and other relevant data. Coordinate client appointments and ensure timely communication with team members. Ensure the reception area and the overall centre remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation. Support management in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth client experiences. Monitor supplies and liaise with vendors when required.
Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Pleasant and professional appearance. Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills. Good organizational and record-keeping abilities. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and scheduling tools). Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred.
