Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Female Only)

Location: Sector 27, Gurugram

Salary: ₹28,000 to ?30,000 CTC (based on interview & experience)

Job Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients at the front desk with professionalism and warmth.

Coordinate appointments and communication between doctors and patients.

Manage billing and payment procedures accurately.

Handle patient registration, maintain records, and address patient queries.

Ensure smooth front office operations and enhance the overall patient experience.

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

Experience Required: Healthcare experience of 6 months to 2 years is mandatory.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, billing).

Customer service-oriented and presentable personality.
