Greet and welcome walk-in clients, visitors, and guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
Manage the front desk area, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a well-organized reception space.
Handle incoming phone calls and emails, route them appropriately, and take accurate messages.
Maintain appointment schedules for property viewings and coordinate meetings for sales/operations teams.
Keep a record of visitors and manage basic client documentation (ID proofs, enquiry forms, etc.).
Assist the sales and CRM teams with administrative support like data entry, printing brochures, etc.
Coordinate with facility management and vendors for office upkeep (stationery, water, cleaning, etc.).
Provide support in maintaining client databases and basic follow-up calls when required.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
Presentable, courteous, and well-groomed personality
Basic MS Office and email handling skills
Multitasking ability and a proactive attitude
Experience with real estate CRM tools (preferred)
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
Prior front desk/receptionist experience in real estate/hospitality preferred
