Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome patients, attendants, and visitors in a courteous manner Register patients and maintain accurate records in the hospital management system Schedule appointments and manage doctors' consultation slots Handle incoming calls and route them to appropriate departments Provide information about hospital services, doctors, and facilities Coordinate with billing, pharmacy, laboratory, and nursing departments Assist in managing patient flow and waiting area Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk Handle patient feedback or complaints and escalate when necessary Ensure all protocols and procedures are followed, especially related to patient privacy and safety

Skills and Qualifications:



Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate (preferably in any discipline) Prior experience in hospital/healthcare front office preferred Good communication skills in Hindi and English Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software) Polite, patient-friendly, and presentable Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?29,450.00 per month
