We are seeking a Front Desk Executive to manage the helpdesk at our International School. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and Tamil, along with the maturity, empathy, and patience to interact with parents, students, staff, and visitors from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a professional and friendly manner.

Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person queries with efficiency and accuracy.

Provide clear information about school policies, schedules, and procedures.

Maintain visitor logs, appointments, and helpdesk records.

Coordinate with administrative teams to ensure smooth communication flow.

Requirements:



Strong proficiency in English and Tamil (spoken & written).

Mature, empathetic, and patient approach in dealing with people.

Diligent, methodical, and detail-oriented work style.

Previous experience in a school or service role is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
