Job Title: Receptionist & Coordinator Location: Mohali Key Responsibilities Patient Registration: Handle walk-in registrations, billing, and data entry in lab software Queue Management: Manage patient flow to ensure minimal waiting time Inquiry Handling: Respond to patient queries related to tests, reports, and timelines Reception & Hygiene: Maintain a clean, calm, and professional front-desk envirolnment Logistics Coordination: Schedule and coordinate home-collection phlebotomists across Tricity Inventory Management: Track and order lab consumables (vials, kits, stationery) Report Dispatch: Coordinate with technical teams to send reports via WhatsApp / Email on time Admin Support: Maintain attendance records and assist with basic office administration Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 year in front-desk, hospitality, or healthcare roles Skills: Basic computer knowledge (Excel, data entry) Multitasking & coordination Good communication skills Appearance: Professional and presentable Preferred Candidate Experience in diagnostic lab / clinic / hospital environment Customer-friendly attitude with attention to detail
