Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, visitors, and students.
Manage all incoming phone calls, emails, and front desk inquiries politely and professionally.
Maintain visitor records, student movement records, and attendance-related documentation.
Provide accurate information regarding admissions, school procedures, and general queries.
Handle front office administration including filing, documentation, and basic clerical duties.
Assist in coordinating parent meetings, admission interactions, and official appointments.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the front desk area.
Support school administration in day-to-day tasks as required.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
Proficient computer knowledge (MS Office, Email drafting, Documentation).
Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Pleasant personality, confident appearance, and disciplined work behavior.
Ability to handle pressure situations with patience and professionalism.
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Graduation preferred.
Prior experience in front desk or administrative role will be an added advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
